AFTER WORK


Delicious quick meal to make! Ground turkey, sweet potatoes, lactose free cheese and green peppers! Go hop! Cost per serving: 4.50 $ Difficulty level: 3/10 Preparation: 14 mins

Ingredients

1/2 lb ground turkey

1 tbsp XPN coconut oil

1/2 sweet potato (medium size)

1 green chili

1/2 cup Riviera grated cheese (lactose free)

Directions

1 In a small bowl, mix the minced meat with spices (to taste!), We went for a tangier, fuller side!

2 Form the meatballs with your hands.

3 (Simultaneously), cut the sweet potato into chips as well as the chili!

4 Place the sweet potato fries in another bowl, top with a tablespoon of XPN Coconut Oil and sprinkle with chili powder. Stir everything to homogenize.

5 Start the pan (can do this with 2 pans to save time, be careful though!)

6 Use a fatty substance in the skillet of the meatballs (coconut oil, cocoa butter, organic butter)

7 Cook the meatballs.

8 In the other pan, place the complete mixture of sweet potatoes over medium heat and turn regularly, with the fat they will cook quickly!

9 Place on the plate, and put the grated cheese on the hot fries!

10 Enjoy!
