HEALTHY PIZZA WITH CAULIFLOWER CRUST


Prep: 12 mins Cooking: 20 mins Serving size: 1 pizza

Ingredients

1 head of organic cauliflower

80g plain goat cheese (Capriny)

1/2 package of gluten-free sausages

3 tablespoons of salsa

2 tablespoons of pesto

1 egg

Chili powder

Himalayan pink salt

Directions

1 Cut the cauliflower into small pieces and grind it completely (30 seconds) to have the finish of a powder.

2 Put in a bowl and leave in the microwave for 3 minutes.

3 Put everything in a clean cloth (eg dishcloth) and let cool for a few minutes.

4 (Meanwhile, preheat the oven @ 450F) along with a rectangular baking sheet + waxed paper.

5 Make a bundle and bang on the counter to release the water to have a consistent ball (possibly the dough) for 2 @ 3 minutes.

6 Then put it in a bowl again.

7 Add the egg, chili powder and pink salt and mix.

8 Spread on waxed paper to create the future pizza dough (not too thick, not too thin).

9 Put on the center grid (9-11 minutes), watch! (Until she looks golden!)

10 Remove the baking sheet, and put the other ingredients (to taste!).

11 Return to oven for 8-10 minutes.

12 Take out of the oven and let cool a little.

13 Enjoy! ?
