Three Levels of Resistance
Blue (Light) – (13″M) The Light resistance band is great for rehab, prehab and light uses. This band has a very light tension for inexperienced users or those new to hip and glute activation.
Black (Intermediate) – (13″M or 15″L) The Intermediate band resistance is made for most any one to use. This band has a moderate amount of tension and is a great addition to a variety of workouts.
Red (Advanced) – (15″L or 16″XL) The Heavy resistance band is specifically made for strong athletes or experienced users. This band has a extreme amount of tension for those who need extra resistance.
